ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING (Colombo Region)
- Designing and implementation of own sales and marketing strategies for achieving sales targets
- Handling distribution network in an effective manner in order to maintain and growth volume of business
- Making recoveries effectively and efficiently to maintain minimum level of outstanding
- Continuously provide feedback to the management on market demands, new trends etc., to be on par with the market necessities
- Provide accurate forecasts on sales to enable efficient planning of logistics and other resources by support functions
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience of minimum Five (5) years in sales & marketing
- Qualifications in sales/marketing be a definite added advantage
- Exposure into distributor networks in the healthcare industry
- Sound exposure in developing a new business in a highly competitive environment
- Possess a valid driving license is a requirement
- Age below 40 years
CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering potential client questions and follow-ups
- Guide and help customers creating a business opportunity
- Coordinating business generation activities and clients' visits
- Responding to clients' / sales team's requests with proposals/quotations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Two (2) years' experiences in a similar capacity
- Age should be below 40 years
- Having experience in sales field will be an added advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette with active listening skills
- Possess a valid bike/driving license
