Male Nurse cum Admin Supervisor
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in nursing from the government Nursing Training School (NTS) or recognized institute.
- SLMC/SLNC/PHSRC Registration.
- Minimum 10 years' experience, preferably in medical and/or surgical wards.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and the ability to provide phycological support. Should be a team player with excellent PR skills.
Responsibilities in brief
- ✓ Provide comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, wound care, assistance with activities of daily health monitoring of the employees.
- ✓ Support employees' mental and emotional well-being.
- ✓ Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Doctor.
- ✓ Conduct regular health assessments and document findings accurately.
- ✓ Maintain the treatments record cards, ordering & issuing medicines etc.
- ✓ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- ✓ Maintaining hygienic conditions and healthy environment.
Successful candidate will be appointed initially for 02 years on Fixed term contract (working hours 8 am - 5 pm) with attractive remuneration package along with other fringe benefits.
