ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Requirements
- NVQ Level 03 or 04 from a recognized institute, specialized in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 02-03 years' experience in similar works.
- Knowledge of building maintenance would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Electronic controls.
- Hands-on experience in AC maintenance
- Should have a valid driving license.
- Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
- Ability to work well with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Ability to carry out scheduled maintenance of the building (water pumping systems, AC systems etc.)
- Familiar with general maintenance tools and assorted industrial equipment.
- Highly skilled in electrical system troubleshooting.
- Ensure following health and safety industry standards in the workplace.
- Undertake corrective maintenance works efficiently and effectively.
- Need to work on weekends and holidays as and when required. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs.
