Showroom Manager (Fashion Retail)
Are you passionate about fashion and have experience in retail management? Join our dynamic team as a Fashion Retail Showroom Manager at our Nugegoda and Bambalapitiya & Koswatta branches. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, staff, and inventory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management experience, in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating store staff.
- Report to upper management on store performance and KPIs.
