Objective
QUALITY MANAGERS - APPAREL MANUFACTURING - POLONNARUWA
Take the responsibility of the quality department to maintain customer quality standards "end to end".
Chairing pre-production meetings, monitor & guide relevant teams (cutting / sewing / mechanic / finishing / packing) to ensure customer specifications are met.
Maintain a high customer scorecard in terms of quality assurance.
Requirements
- Should have a sound knowledge of quality and detailed orientation with analytical skills and data-driven decision making while having the capability of bringing in innovations and concepts to the company.
- Been certified for customer self-inspection for high-end customers such as Marks & Spencer, C&A, Next & Superdry.
- Should possess good English speaking, reading & writing skills to interact with customers directly.
- Should possess a professional qualification related to quality assurance.
- With 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar capacity with excellent knowledge in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Must be a self-motivated team leader with an outgoing personality, excellent time management skills, who can train/coach/mentor cross-functional teams on quality management.
