AUTOCAD ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN
Lex Duco is a professional Design and build company that provide an unmatched turnkey design and construction service mainly for home building market. The service is an integrated and seamless process that delivers an elegantly designated high quality homes for their clients. Lex Duco also caters commercial and holiday home market on demand and currently it is a stake of about 30% of their total ongoing projects. We are currently seeking individuals who should be experienced, skilled, individual who is dedicated and enthusiastic person for the above role who will be positioned in our "Design Team".
Role
- Preparation of Architectural Concept Design Drawings and Schematic / Presentation
- Drawings under the strict guidance of senior architects.
- Develop Detailed Design Drawings based on such Schematic Drawings.
- Preparation of all kinds of Architectural Working Drawings for different types of building Projects (mainly residential)
Required Qualifications
Requiremen
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar capacity at an Architectural Consultancy Practice, Reputed Construction Company or Turn Key Company.
- Reasonable knowledge in building construction details and written English language.
- G.C.E. Advance Level and Technical / Professional qualifications in manual and AutoCAD Draughtsmanship.
- Knowledge of other CAD tools such as 3D Max, SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Candidates around the Colombo area would be preferred.
