EXECUTIVE SALES AND MARKETING

  • Essilor Lanka Pvt Ltd being World's #01 Spectacle Lenses Manufacturer and Provider we are looking for an individual who is innovative, energetic and focused.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for;
  • Planning, Coordinating, Implementing, and Tracking all the elements of our partner program in consultation with HOD
  • Evaluating and coordinating with suppliers for the implementation of marketing materials/store branding/tools/digital marketing programs
  • Planning and executing marketing-related events when required
  • Visit customers to understand their needs and work out promotions/programs to help them drive walk-in/upgrade
  • Coordinate between the sales teams and trainers and ensure customers are getting the training they need
  • Data analytics on a daily basis and responsibility for reporting

The Ideal candidate should possess:

  • CIM/SLIM Partly qualified or a diploma from a recognized institute
  • Hands-on experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or sales function added advantage
  • Strong analytical skill to understand customer requirements and the selling process well. Must need functional skill, Teamwork, Communication, and leadership capabilities
