Qualification & Experience
- University Degree / Certificate / Diploma in HRM from a Recognized Institute.
- Minimum 02 years working experience.
- Age Below 45.
- A Highly Committed individual with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge and General HR Operational Functions.
Areas of Responsibility
Coordinate HR Projects (Meeting, Training, Surveys) and deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
- Handling the full recruitment cycle and ensure that the recruitment targets are met with a minimum time duration.
- Compile and update employee records.
