Trillium Hotel, a Luxury Boutique City hotel located in Colombo 7, featuring 34 beautiful rooms and 4 F&B Outlets catering to our in-house guests as well as our locals.
Our restaurant outlets feature a fusion of Asian delicacies as well as European and International favorites, therefore it is essential that our Head Chef has experience in a variety of cuisines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in a professional kitchen, with 5 years in kitchen management.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, leadership, communication, organization, budgeting, and knowledge of health regulations.
Salary is dependent on skills and past experience.
