CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (DOCUMENTATION)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a migration and student visa recruitment firm based in Nugegoda seeking to employ a young energetic individual for the above post with immediate effect.

The right candidate must have:

  • Qualification in Diploma or above in Business or related area.
  • Minimum two years experience preferably in documentation and customer service.
  • Recent school leavers are also considered.

Your tasks are:

  • Assess the documents against the visa requirements.
  • Assist the visa applicants to prepare their supporting documents.
  • Filling the visa and university applications.
  • Follow up the clients and guide them through the visa process.
  • Keep the database up-to-date.
  • Communicate with clients and embassies.

The ideal skills you must have are:

  • Good communication skills both in written and spoken English and Sinhala (Tamil is a definite advantage).
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office - Internet and email).
  • File management, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.

Applicants with overseas work and study experience are most welcome. An attractive salary package with commission will be provided. Full training will be provided.
