FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - WATTALA
JOB PROFILE
- Will be responsible to assist the Executive Chef in providing a professional and a friendly service to our customers, maintaining hygienic and quality standards of the hospital Kitchen and Food & Beverage services as per our patient safety and quality guidelines defined by the organization
- Will be responsible for assigning duties to the F&B Staff on a daily basis and conducting briefings and necessary training sessions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Potential candidate with a Diploma in Hospital Management or a Vocational training in relevant fields
- An energetic candidate with overall 5 years experience in high volume restaurant, hotel, or hospital with a minimum of 02 years of experience in the similar capacity. High-level of customer service, interpersonal skills, and fluency in written & oral English are essentials
- Knowledge on HACCP standard and hospital diets would be an added advantage
