Job Title:
Civil Engineer
Location:
Construction Sites within Sri-Lanka, Head Office Located at Kirillawala, Kadawatha.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a strong background in overseeing construction projects. The role involves managing all aspects of project execution on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire construction process of assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Prepare and submit regular project status reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in civil engineering and construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
