KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screen and conduct interviews with candidates
- Submit completed interview assessment forms with feedback
- Post job advertisements on all promotional & social media
- Carry out executive search activities via professional platforms
- Collaborate with clients on recruitment and HR consultancy projects
- Assist in preparing training material to conduct programmes, and facilitate
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources/ CQHRM
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR
- Experience in MS applications, social media, and professional platforms handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Creative thinking
- Residing in Nugegoda area
