DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

We are looking for an ambitious and visionary Sales and Marketing Director to oversee all sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to drive revenue and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Director or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales software (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
