DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to design, implement, and monitor effective digital marketing campaigns for our hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Manage and optimize the company's website to improve user experience and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Plan and execute A/B testing for different digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts and presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, and email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
