CDP/Demi CDP / Commis I/II/III (Hot Kitchen)
We are an established Grill themed Restaurant, operating in Colombo (Kottawa) and in need of an experienced and highly skilled Chef Team to handle the Hot Kitchen operations. The ideal candidates should have worked in at least one pre-opening restaurant during his career.
The Job Profile
- Chinese, Western & Italian food preparation and presentation according to the recipe Good WOK and BBQ Grill skills
- Stores management & smooth ordering process
- Responsible for the quality & standard of food delivery
- Monitoring the junior chefs & supervising them
- Food cost management & minimizing wastage
Our Requirements
- Candidates with high Chef skills and age below 40
- Recognized qualification from a Hotel School
- Flexibility to work in a roster and late hours
- Residents of Colombo (Shared Accommodation can be provided, or a living out allowance can be discussed and arranged)
- Min 2-3 years' experience in the applying role
- Availability to join and start immediately (within a week)
