HR ASSISTANT
- Degree, Diploma or professional qualification in HR Management from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR & Administration.
- Sound knowledge & exposure in all general HR functions including EPF/ETF handling & HRIS.
- Ability to handle personal information & maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Sinhala (Spoken & Written).
- Proficiency in computer literacy with sound knowledge in MS office Application.
- Individuals with exceptional leadership or academic track record will be considered without experience.
Upper age limit - 25 Years.
HR EXECUTIVE - COMPLIANCE
- Degree, Diploma or professional qualification in HR Management from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity with overall 5 years' experience in HR.
- Sound Knowledge, exposure & proficiency in all general HR functions, processes, procedures, HRIS & mandatory labor Law with expert level competency at least in one area.
- Experience in apparel sector will be preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Sinhala (Spoken & Written)
- Proficiency in computer literacy with sound knowledge in MS office Application.
- Upper age limit - 35 Years.
COUNSELOR
- GCE A/L & a Counseling/Phycology Diploma from a reputed university or an institution.
- Minimum 05 years working experience as a counselor.
- Knowledge/Experience in the apparel industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with patience, listening, understanding, ascertaining towards human needs and thoughts.
- Willingness to carry out training & awareness programs.
- Literacy in computer.
- Preferred Age 30 - 40 Years.
Residents around Embilipitiya, Kolonna & Monaragala are preferred.
