Job Description
We are a BOI-approved state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for the production of knitted fabric and we are situated in Biyagama Export Processing Zone. With our production capacity increment, we are looking for a dynamic, smart, and self-motivated individual to join us for the below positions.
Requirements
- Color Inspector
• Diploma in Textile & Apparel Technology at SLITA or similar professional qualification in color management.
• Good knowledge in Excel and MS office packages.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- Lab Dip/Bulk Dip color matching against customer standard.
- Follow up buyer protocol for color testing, color continuity.
- Meet customer lead time and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Lab Dip/Bulk Dip approval and lab to bulk hit rate should be maintain at satisfactory level.
- Achieve relevant KPI's related to the assigned job role.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with current job role, as and when requested by management.
