SASL Electrical Services is a premier provider of electrical solutions in Australia, operating out of Adelaide. We are actively seeking a talented, dedicated, and self-driven female candidate to join our team as an Executive in Admin & Operations.

Executive - Admin & Operations

  • Salary: LKR 120,000 - 150,000
  • Location: Work from home, 8 am - 5 pm (Sri Lankan Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Create quotes, invoices and follow up on payments
  • Order required materials and follow up on deliveries
  • Process payroll details of respective employees
  • Allocate manpower for ongoing projects according to their skill matrix
  • Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-driven individual with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Dedicated and able to work independently
