Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to deploy and maintain media broadcasting systems, including hardware, software, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to media applications, streaming solutions, and CDN networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate flawless broadcasting and ensure the highest quality of service.
- Manage media servers, storage infrastructure, and backup systems to safeguard valuable content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in media technology and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on media applications and tools, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in media IT, with a strong background in media broadcasting technologies.
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining media servers, streaming solutions, and CDN networks.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) tools and experience with media production workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
