Job Title:
INSTRUCTOR - BUILDING SERVICES
Job Role:
- The job holder is responsible for developing a syllabus that outlines topics to facilitate student-centered learning in accordance with the standards set by the German Chamber of Commerce.
- The incumbent is also required to conduct instructional sessions and coordinate initiatives aimed at tutoring course content to enhance comprehension.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil) OR NDT/ HND with adequate experience in a similar field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Experience as a demonstrator or instructor would be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills to monitor student progress and present course material effectively
- Keen listening and observation skills to identify indications that students may not fully grasp the material
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
