Graduate Trainee - Bulk

SCOPE
As a Graduate Trainee - Bulk, you will report to the Manager - Merchandising. Your role involves driving the T&A for assigned orders (category/customer), ensuring the achievement of objectives such as OTD, Quality, schedule attainment, and profitability. This requires close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively coordinate the timely execution of orders to meet predefined delivery targets
- Manage your T&As, ensuring 100% coordination with customers
- Record and distribute weekly updates, collaborating with the Planning team to meet committed delivery deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date status reports for all orders and ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Understand and become an expert on related processes and systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Internship experience in the Bulk Merchandising function will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of functional business processes (front end/ operations)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English communication is essential
