FINANCE MANAGER/ACCOUNTANT
The Company expects to select a talented and well-experienced individual for the position of "Finance Manager/ Accountant" to manage our Finance Department. The ideal candidate is supposed to provide strategic finance support to MD for business transformation and value creation and should possess high work ethics, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, knowledge of regulations, strategic thinking ability, and strong personal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulating funding strategies and utilizing finance resources effectively and efficiently
- Providing strategic financial management and leadership initiatives across the Business, in line with the overall corporate strategy
- Leading the business planning, budgeting process, and monitoring progress towards their achievements
- Overseeing preparation/submission of monthly/annual financial statements and statutory reports, timely, accurately, and in accordance with standards and regulations
- Ensuring the provision of timely management information and analysis for decision-taking
- Playing a leading role in Enterprise Risk Management
- Developing the capacity of the finance team
Minimum Education, Experience and Other Requirements
- Full professional qualifications in Accounting, (Preferably CA/ACCA/CIMA) with minimum 05 years of experience
- Degree in the field of Finance from a recognized university would be an added advantage
- Ability to manage work pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
