Officer/Junior Executive - Human Resources (Recruitment)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting to deploy appropriate attraction strategy to reach different segments of the job market
  • Initial screening of CVs, conducting preliminary interviews for non-management candidates and arranging interviews for Management candidates assuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Attending all the correspondence in the on-boarding process
  • Handling the entire recruitment process for contract staff

Candidates are required to have:

  • Degree/professional qualification in HR
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
