Officer/Junior Executive - Human Resources (Recruitment)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting to deploy appropriate attraction strategy to reach different segments of the job market
- Initial screening of CVs, conducting preliminary interviews for non-management candidates and arranging interviews for Management candidates assuring an excellent candidate experience
- Attending all the correspondence in the on-boarding process
- Handling the entire recruitment process for contract staff
Candidates are required to have:
- Degree/professional qualification in HR
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
