CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE (HINDI SPEAKING)
SALES AND MARKETING
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build strong relationships with potential customers via outbound calls, emails & other communication channels and platforms
- Identify and qualify prospective leads through market research, customer profiling, and data analysis.
- Initiate marketing campaigns and persuading potential customers to engage with online products/services
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi is essential, along with proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with active listening, persuasive skills and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles (exposure to online or e-commerce platforms would be an added advantage)
- Experience working with CRM software, sales automation tools, and digital marketing platforms would be an added advantage.
