FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to define system requirements and functionalities.
- Manage the implementation process, ensuring smooth data migration and system integration.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful user adoption of the Applications.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in computer science, information technology or Information Systems Management is required.
Having prior experience working with any ERP solution would be considered an added advantage.
Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
