Positions Available:

  • Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure and Security

Skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a key player in our Group IT department. The role will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization's IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the group IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewall, and storage systems.
  • Ensure the availability and performance of critical systems and applications through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard our organization's data and systems.
  • Ensure effective deployment and operation of security solutions to minimize attacks.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead incident response efforts to address security breaches or system outages in a timely and effective manner.
  • Investigate security incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • BSc or relevant qualification in IT, IS, or Cybersecurity related fields.
  • Strong knowledge & experience in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANS, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in security tools and techniques (IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, SIEM systems).
  • Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks.
  • Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum two-year experience in the relevant field.
  • IT Support Assistant

Skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in our Group IT department. The role will be responsible for providing technical support for all departments while managing the hardware and IT infrastructure facilities of the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and network systems. Follow up warranties and repair.
  • IT helpdesk support.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and network systems.
  • Knowledge in Windows OS & Widows server OS.
  • Minimum six-month working experience in the relevant field.
