As a fast-growing group of companies in the UK Accountancy and Financial Services industry, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Services and Insurance Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter client inquiries into the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with advisors to ensure thorough case preparation.
  • Progress client inquiries through the Decision in Principle (DIP) and Full Mortgage Application (FMA) stages, updating clients accordingly.
  • Email Life and General Insurance (GI) quotes to clients and manage underwriting processes.
  • Update clients on valuation dates and chase solicitors for progress updates.
  • Raise broker fee invoices and email mortgage offers to clients.
  • Manage client declarations and liaise with advisors for case turnaround processes.
  • Ensure timely updates on CRM for all pipeline cases and close cases upon completion.
  • Key in cases for existing clients to build renewal reminders.
  • Manage reception duties including distributing new inquiries and handling calls from existing clients.
  • Order stationery and send reminders for pending tasks via email.
  • Arrange and coordinate delivery of welcome hampers to new clients, gathering feedback and requesting Google reviews.
  • Update and maintain advisor CPD logs with learning updates.
  • Update and manage the annual leave calendar for the team.

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be adaptable to UK Office hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm in the winter and 1.30pm to 9.30pm in the summer (SL time).
  • 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
