Engineer - Sales (Solar) Oman

As a sales engineer, the candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales skills to provide our clients with the best possible solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our products and services, and ultimately closing sales. This role requires a unique blend of engineering knowledge and business acumen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • A proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in technical solutions.
  • Strong technical grasp of solar and renewable energy systems.
  • Capacity to identify and develop leads.
  • Ability to prepare proposals and reports for submission to the client.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent in spoken and written English.
