Responsibilities
- Represent the function at team meetings and provide details pertaining to QCO, feeding time, skill base and other technical related issues identified/highlighted by production teams.
- Engage with teams and obtain details pertaining to critical operations and provide necessary guidance / support production teams to resolve bottlenecks in same.
- Develop QCO layouts by identifying skill & machine requirements and analyse the performance of same prior to releasing it to production.
- Co-ordinate with relevant teams and identify the skill development requirements of employees and facilitate necessary training programs to enhance skill levels.
- Engage in work place arrangement during line feeding, generate required reports and circulate same the same to relevant teams.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
