Search Ministry Media is a dynamic startup SEO agency based in Melbourne, Australia. We're on a mission to help businesses dominate search engines and achieve their online marketing goals. We're now looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in our expansion.
The Role
In this exciting role, you'll be the cornerstone of our SEO department. You'll manage a diverse range of client projects, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional results. You'll also play a key role in planning monthly activities, creating and editing SEO content using AI tools, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day SEO projects and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Oversee project completion and task delegation to guarantee timely delivery.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monthly SEO plan.
- Craft high-quality SEO content using AI-powered tools and refine as needed.
- Publish and manage SEO updates and content for optimal reach.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You're the perfect candidate if you:
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO in an agency setting.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an SEO Project Manager, successfully handling over 10 projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Possess basic HTML, CSS, and coding knowledge.
- Are a self-starter with a proactive approach and a drive to excel.
- Maintain your own website as a showcase of your skills.
- Expertise in GTM & GA4.

Salary Range
AUD 800-1200, based on experience.
