Scope
- Responsible for technical issues, improvements and take production feasible action to run smooth production and achieve production goals as a team
What you need to have;
- Minimum 03 years' experience in similar capacity (Executive Grade) & overall 05 years' experience in apparel industry.
- Successfully completed GCE A/L in any stream is mandatory & Degree, Diploma or any other professional qualification in Garment Technology/Management from a reputed institution will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge in fabrics, quality levels, garment manufacturing process,
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience of knit and woven products.
- Should be conversant with all aspects of garment construction - experience in line feeding, layouts and machinery.
- Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve the productivity quality and efficiency. Preferred residents around Nawagamuwa (Kaduwela, Hanwella, Athurugiriya, Gampaha, Biyagama)
- Upper Age limit - 45 Years
