INTERN-IT APPLICATION SUPPORT
(Colombo 10)
THE PROFILE
- Performing IT support tasks within the timelines agreed with the support of correct use of systems/tools/resources etc.
- Escalate and liaise with third-party application teams for application issue resolution.
- Assisting the helpdesk by attending support desk logging tickets.
- Record & update trouble tickets/service requests with resolution information in a timely, accurate and clear manner.
- Ensure calls/emails are responded as per SLAs defined.
- Performing application configuration changes.
- Completion or Reading IT-Related Diploma.
- IT related working experience (minimum 1 Year) would be an added advantage.
- Must be a strong multi-tasker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong prioritizing skills and ability to work towards deadlines/milestones.
- Highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
