KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly recovery targets of the assigned portfolio.
- Visit outstanding customers & collect payments.
- Follow-up, negotiate & settle the outstanding contracts.
- Refer non-performing cases to legal services for legal action and monitor progress and performance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in the field of Collection & Recovery preferably in a reputed finance institution or a bank.
- Full / part qualification in Marketing / Credit Management though not essential will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should possess a valid riding/driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
