ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced Administrative Executive to join our growing organization. In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining our company's workflow as the link between various departments, employees, and vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized office, and assisting other employees as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing reports
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and company functions when needed

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and organize company records, including confidential documents, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents as needed

Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive team
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Younger candidate is preferred with 2+ years of similar work experience Command of the English and Sinhala language (Written & Spoken)

Good computer skills

Exceptional Organizational skills
