Designation: Body Shop Supervisor
- We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Body Shop Supervisor.
Experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent training and/or educational experience.
- Minimum 5-year experience of handling body shop workshops, Collision Repair management & Insurance Automotive Claims management experience.
- Familiarity with all body shop equipment.
- Sound knowledge of paints & painting ingredients.
- Ability of Color Mixing would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Mechanical Field.
- Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.
- Need to have a proper understanding of the vehicle spare parts.
- Excellent in both English & Sinhala.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Age should be between 30-45 years.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure company operating procedures are followed.
- Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop.
- Monitor technicians' daily productivity.
- Facilitate or conduct technical training.
- Manage employees when required.
- Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets.
- Implement brand and trade cycle activities to achieve company objectives.
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
