We are looking for young & performance-oriented individuals to fill the vacant position existing at our Head Office in Ratmalana.
EXECUTIVE-MARKETING
- Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in marketing / business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial operations, preferably in export documentation management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Role
Getting orders from the international customers and coordinate with Planning Division. Ensuring timely delivery, liaising with clients on service quality and on revenue collection. Receiving customer feedback on service quality and complaints liaising with Quality Assurance team in order to provide satisfactory solutions to customers.
Engage in all other marketing functions of the organization, including customer visits, arranging customer visits and facilitating customer audits.
Maintain tracking systems and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
