Advent Logistics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is one of the fast-growing logistics service provider and has the following carrier opportunity to be filled and invite applications from the candidates with the requirements as specified below.
Import Executive - Freight Forwarding (Female Only)
Requirements:
- School leavers or 1-2 year's experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication & good command of English.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
- Proficiency in ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, invoices, customs documentation and shipping manifest.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standard.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
