Service Engineer - Digital Power
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing solutions to equipment operation and maintenance problems raised by customers UPS, Datacenter, Inverter, Battery Storage System etc.
- Perform site survey when important customers encounter PV plant running problems.
- Manage the spare parts of digital energy products and replenish the inventory in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn the commissioning and maintenance of new products.
- Take charge of the internal project deliverability review process.
- Master how to search for information on the company's platform after learning.
THIS ROLE WOULD MATCH YOUR PROFILE;
If you possess a professional background with a Master's/ Bachelor's Degree in the related field. Educational qualification in Electrical & Electronics would be preferred. If you have 5 years of hands-on experience with Digital Power Solar technologies and have a natural passion in the subject having a thorough understanding of products and solutions, as well as processes and methodologies.
Being a motivated individual who would achieve shared goals and results by sincerely providing a helping hand to others.
Being a service-oriented team player who has the ability to create a work environment which sparks creative thinking to drive sales growth.
