Project Manager
THE ROLE
- Responsible for project material management and integration plan.
- Responsible for project deliverables assigned to the project team and providing day-to-day direction to the project team.
- Creating, executing, and improving detailed project plans and work schedules.
- Coordinating with resource planning to schedule and allocate resources. Allocating resources where necessary to implement solutions and resolve problems.
- Setting project targets and tracking the progress to achieve the desired targets.
- Coordinating with different teams including customer, internal, and subcontractors, and communicating changes to the appropriate stakeholders (customer, supplier, and internal).
- Managing customer relationships and expectations and proactively reporting progress and issues.
- Monitoring project activities and identifying any open issues/risks in each of the phases proactively.
THIS WOULD MATCH YOUR PROFILE;
If you possess:
- A professional background in Telecommunication with a Master's Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Project Management and previous exposure in the Telecommunication industry with a minimum of 4-5 years of exposure in a similar role.
- Being a motivated individual who would achieve shared goals and results by sincerely providing a helping hand to others.
- Being a result-oriented team player who has the ability to create a work environment that sparks focused approaches to drive company growth.
