Senior Lead
Product Engineering

Assette software automates the creation, review and delivery of client, sales and web portal communications from a single, trusted source of data. It runs on Azure and is SOC 2 certified. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced team that is instrumental in Assette's ability to deliver an exceptional product to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Take the delivery ownership of the assigned initiatives that span across product areas and meet the deliverables as per the agreed timelines and roadmap.
- Take technical ownership of a set of modules and ensure that their code quality, security, and performance requirements are always maintained.
- Take ownership of training & development/groom the next level person to make sure readiness for new feature implementation and handle the ongoing troubleshooting activities to support internal stakeholders efficiently.
- Deeply analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the planned product features and come up with solution designs and accurate effort estimates.
- Provide the leadership and guidance to the development teams working on the assigned modules, review all their deliverables and ensure the timely delivery of all features with the highest quality.
Experience & Qualification:
- A Degree or equivalent in the field of Information Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing Microsoft.Net based enterprise applications using,
- ASP.Net Web applications with Frontend JavaScript frameworks (Vue JS is preferred) or .Net MAUI mobile applications
- Test Driven Development
- TSQL
Skills:
- Agile (Scrum) development methodology
- Azure Cloud development (Azure Functions/ Azure Data Factory)
- HTML/CSS (UI) Development
- Should possess good verbal & written communication skills with teamwork & collaboration.
- .Net Application Development
- OOP principles
