DUFRY
COUNTRY COMMERCIAL MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and smart team player with excellent personnel & organizing skills, to be appointed as the Country Commercial Manager. The position holder will report to the Country General Manager, based at the Country Head Office, in Seeduwa, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Country Commercial plan (Budget) and manage performance.
- Review and report commercial performance (KPIs) on sales, margin, etc. Vs the agreed Budget. Follow up sales, margin, by brand and by category.
- Create information packs and relevant information for pricing policies and approve price changes.
- Review assortment to identify items to be delisted and propose novelties. Coordinate delisting, novelty introduction and promotion implementation. Coordinate country Marketing activities.
- Support country management in handling new projects.
- Conduct customer perception surveys and carry out action plan implementation, based on findings.
Pre-requisites
- A Master's/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/ Marketing.
- Extensive experience of 5-7 years in retail management with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Possess knowledge on luxury branded customer goods industry.
- An exceptional Strategic Thinker, Negotiator and a Team player.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent Excel skills, Power Point and familiar with other MS Office packages.
- Highly competent in English language, both written and verbal.
