Designation: Service/Mechanic Supervisor
We are one of the largest company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama area. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, team player with good communication skills to handling customer base & labours.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 05 year experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge of machineries and vehicles in a similar capacity.
- Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop.
- Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills. Monitor technicians' daily productivity.
- Facilitate or conduct technical training.
- Manage employees when required.
- Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets.
- Implement brand and trade cycle activities to achieve company objectives.
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
- Excellent in both English & Sinhala.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Age should be between 30-45 years.
