Designation: Administrative cum Coordinating Officer (Secretary)

We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kinds of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Administrative cum Coordinating Officer (Secretary).

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the administrative field.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent computer literacy with exceptional knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Passed the A/L Examination and Degree qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attending all secretarial work, scheduling and coordinating meetings in an efficient manner with regular follow-ups (Follow-up Managing Director Duties).
  • Build and maintain processes relating to finance/accounting, compliance, human resources, office/facilities management, operations, marketing, and IT systems.
  • Ability to handle all correspondence independently with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Liaise internally and externally on assigned work professionally.
  • Handle all documentation, emails, calls, and manage day-to-day routine work.
  • Other day-to-day administrative works coordinated with HR department.
  • Ability to perform multitask with a standard level of responsibility under pressure.
