At Your Daily Foods PVT Ltd, our success is rooted on people, policy, and productivity. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Production and Quality Assurance Executive, a pivotal position integral to our continued growth and success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Commitment: Consistent Commitment towards the given work and the workplace, working under pressure when necessary and being flexible with the time of working
- Production Planning: Develop and oversee production plans to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products
- Managing Production: Directly manage and conduct production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency
- Maintaining Production Data: Accurately maintain and update production-related data for analysis and reporting purposes
- Quality Management System: Adhere to quality management system and maintain
- Compliance: Ensure production activities comply with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
- Reporting: Regularly report to senior management and relevant stakeholders on production activities, quality management system performance, and any relevant issues or improvements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Production or a related position within the food industry
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Word for data management and reporting purposes
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all aspects of production and quality assurance processes
