REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure, with a strong focus on PaaS and laas.
- Terraform Expertise: Proven experience in writing and managing Terraform scripts for Azure infrastructure deployment and management.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services like Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VNETs, subnets, network security groups (NSGs), and VPNs.
- Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Security Practices: Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and data encryption.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures using Azure PaaS and laaS services.
- Infrastructure as Code (laC): Develop and manage Terraform scripts to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of Azure resources.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain CI/ CD pipelines to support the continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability. Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud environments are secure and comply with industry standards and best practices, including implementing proper access controls and encryption.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, IT operations, and security teams to provide seamless integration and support of Azure services
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, processes, and best practices.
