CITY OF DREAMS SRI LANKA - ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINER
We have an exciting opportunity for an English Language Trainer to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated $1 billion project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Your key responsibility will be enhancing the English language proficiency of our colleagues, thereby contributing to the exceptional service standards in the hospitality industry. In this pivotal position, you will conduct thorough English language assessments, identifying specific needs for improvement, and craft tailored training programs that address the unique communication requirements within a hotel setting. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging and dynamic training sessions that focus on key aspects such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and effective communication skills relevant to various departments.
- Deliver engaging and dynamic training sessions
