Sous Chef

  • Requirements:
  • Completed Diploma or NVQ Level qualifications in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience (Local or International) in boutique hotels.
  • Age limit between 30-50 years.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience in managing both cold and hot kitchens.
  • Ability to prepare fine dining dishes as well as Sri Lankan cuisines.
  • Ability to work efficiently with less manpower while maintaining high standards.
  • Preference will be given for the candidates living in the Southern Province.
