- Requirements:
- Completed Diploma or NVQ Level qualifications in relevant field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' experience (Local or International) in boutique hotels.
- Age limit between 30-50 years.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in managing both cold and hot kitchens.
- Ability to prepare fine dining dishes as well as Sri Lankan cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently with less manpower while maintaining high standards.
- Preference will be given for the candidates living in the Southern Province.
