Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management from recognized institutes like Ceylon Hotel School.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury boutique resorts.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving prowess.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline departmental operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with finesse, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain excellence.
  • Collaborate in budget planning and revenue optimization efforts.
  • Establish and maintain efficient administrative systems to support operations.
