Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management from recognized institutes like Ceylon Hotel School.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury boutique resorts.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving prowess.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline departmental operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with finesse, ensuring utmost satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain excellence.
- Collaborate in budget planning and revenue optimization efforts.
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative systems to support operations.
