CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate or Fresh Graduate of Technical Institute in the field of engineering (Electrical/Civil)(NDT/HNDE/NDES/NCT)
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English
- Interest in learning and growing with renewable energy technologies. Proficient in MS Office and fluency in required digital platforms. AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in a challenging environment
- Strong attitude of service
- Solar/Wind/Hydro/Biomass Energy related knowledge/experience will be an added advantage
- Work on Projects outside the Colombo
The successful candidate will be offered an allowance on par with industry standards and a Potential path to permanent employment in Nyanza Sri Lanka and Nyanza East Africa.
